The terms
Every plan runs on a six month minimum term. Continuity is the product; a subscription that can vanish next month protects nobody. After the minimum term, plans continue month to month and close with thirty days' notice. Unused hours do not roll over; scope moves between months by agreement instead.
Why a subscription
An operating cost, not a capital project.
A custom system bought as a capital project produces a large invoice, a warranty period, and then silence. The same system bought as a subscription produces a working service with a number attached: built, hosted, watched, and improved, every month.
